We had a cookie exchange at work this week, and a co-worker made these adorable and delicious truffle mice. They are actually really easy to make, but look really cute.
4 oz Bakers Semi-Sweet chocolate
1/3 cup sour cream
1 cup chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
ovation sticks, halved
1. Melt chocolate and stir in sour cream, then cookie crumbs. 2. Refrigerate for at least an hour 3. Roll batter into little balls then pinch one end to form a nose 4. Roll is cookie crumbs then decorate with ovation sticks for the tail, almonds for the ears and silver dragees for the eyes!
